Beginner Routines

  1. Hi, I’m wondering about the cardio intensity of these – I’m a fat former ballroom dancer, who currently gets breathing hard going up a single flight of stairs. Would I be able to keep up with the beginner routines, do you think? If these would probably still be too intense for me, can you recommend anything gentler?

    • Hi There,

      The beginner should work for you, it’s a very moderate pace and there are chances to take breaks. If you get it and decide that it doesn’t work for you of course I will absolutely give you a refund! Just let me know if you have any other questions.
