This is so cool. I can’t wait to try (non-dancer here) and recommend to my clients!
I was wondering, how long (approximately) do these dances last?

Perfect! Thank you so much for the quick answer. 🙂
Hi, I’m wondering about the cardio intensity of these – I’m a fat former ballroom dancer, who currently gets breathing hard going up a single flight of stairs. Would I be able to keep up with the beginner routines, do you think? If these would probably still be too intense for me, can you recommend anything gentler?
Hi There,
The beginner should work for you, it’s a very moderate pace and there are chances to take breaks. If you get it and decide that it doesn’t work for you of course I will absolutely give you a refund! Just let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks!
